The VCL site has undergone recent changes that include a new web presence which more closely matches the approved NCSU theme. In addition to the theme changes, the web and database servers have migrated to NCSU’s OIT managed servers. Prior to this move, VCL web and database servers were hosted by the College of Engineering’s ITECS group. The College of Engineering and ITECS have professionally and graceously hosted this service since 2004, were VCL was conceived and intially developed.

Additionally, the default authentication method for NCSU affliates is now shibboleth (http://oit.ncsu.edu/iam/shibboleth).
